Lambs Doing Well
ijt AMBS are doing well throughout the lower country in the Gisborne district, in which parts there are large numbers about. The severe conditions last week did not do any material harm, except to those lambing during the storm, and, generally speaking, both the mothers and the. youngsters continue to do well, * " Unfortunately, stray dogs are causing much, anxiety to flock owners in some parts of the district.;. Several cases were reported from To Karaka" dubing the week, and in one instance 15 hogget's were lost.
