WORKERS LOSE .TOPS LONDON. August 1. The Times’ Brussels correspondent states that the Venders textile strike lias terminated ;vftei live months. The new working arrangements, besides tending to a lack ol orders, will prevent, the reinstatement of 16,000 strikers.
