NEW TELEGRAPH CHARGES SIX MONTHS’ TRIAL (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. / The Postmaster-General, the Hoii. A. Hamilton, interviewed, stated that the new telegraphic charges would be reviewer! at tho end of six months’ trial. “We will see then how the system is working," he said, “and hope that it will be shown that the new charges are justified. At present it is too early to draw a comparison with tho conditions under the old charges."
