SALE CONTEMPLATED
NOKOMAI GOLD MINE (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Nokomai Gold Mining Company’s directors announce that they have placed the property and plant under offer to a London syndicate. A meeting of shareholders will be called to confirm the granting of the option. Under the offer the Nokomai company would receive £39,000 in cash, in New Zealand currency, and £26,000 in shares in the proposed new company.
