LONDON, April 8. _ The Dispatch says “Stamp out graft" is tbo warning the Ministry of Health lias sent to , municipal authorities throughout Britain, following an investigation -into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors. It is also discovered that councillors are giving highly-paid jobs to relatives.
