REGULATION OF PRICES ' TOKIO, April 7. Government , representatives and bicycle makers'and exporters’ deledates, at a conference, decided, as a gesture of trade amity, to fix minimum prices for exports to Australia and New Zealand and various other countries; and also to fix the quantities quarterly.
