MANITOBA BILL PASSED WINNIPEG, April 6The Wheat Control Bill was given its third reading by the Manitoba Legislature. The Opposition Leader, Mr. W. Sanford Evans, stated that he would not oppose it, because Canada had already been committed. He hoped that the 1934 crop would not reach 385,000,000 bushels so that the consequences of the bill might be avoided.
