WAR-TIME OUTRAGE

AMERICAN EXPLOSION LABORITE’S ADMISSION NEW YORK, April 7. It is learned that James Larkin, the Radical Labor leader, has made an affidavit admitting advance knowledge of the “Black Tom” explosion in June, 1916, in which four were killed and 100 injured and £200,000 worth of property damage was done. The affidavit has been filed with the German American Mixed Claims Commission, Washington. It charges German spies with being responsible for the explosion. Mr. Larkin’s information will probably cause a reopening of a suit for £8,000,000 damages against the German Government.
