The King has approved the appointment of B>r Josiali Crosby, Hritisli .Minister at Panama, to be envoy at Bangkok in succession to -Mr. E. F. Former. Sir Josiali Crosby began his diplomatic career in Siam, and previously served at Bangkok as vice-consul in 1911, and acting consul-general in 1919-20.
