ESTIMATES IN BRITAIN LABOR MINISTRY: NA- ' TIONAL INSURANCE ' (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 aim. ‘ RUGBY, March 22. The civil estimates covering the expenditure on the Ministry of cabor and the national insurance services in the comifig financial year show a net decrease of £7,961)000 compared with the last -estimate. The total estimated expenditure under these headings is £147,526443. The largest dro'p is in The vote for Ministry of Labor, which stands at £05,404,000, having fallen by £10,687,970 owing to the fact that unemployment insurance and transitional payliontij are. estimated to . require £00,801,600, against £77(479,200 during ilie current year. This decrease is found mainly under the head of grants to the unemployment fund for transitional payments and the cost of administration, which has dropped by £10,400,000 to £45,100,000.
