BITTER PRESS ATTACK DANCER TO GOVERNMENT (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received March 1,2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 28. The Daily Mail, in demanding Sir John Simon’s complete retirement, says: “No foreign Government cares what Britain thinks, regarding her as an elderly female "relegated to the armchair ; yet Sir John Simon affects to believe that (be Empire’s wisest policy is helplessness. He is one of the Ministers who muddled Britain into the Great War. What is there to prevent him from muddling her into a fresh conflict? The Government must, rid itself of tho liability of his presence: if it is not to fall to pieces.”
