OTTAWA, Feb. 26,
Alleging that Dr. L. Kempe, the German Consul-General, is distributing pro-Nazi and anti-Jewish literature in Canada, Air S. W. Jacobs, a Jewish member of the Canadian House of Commons, will move to-day that Berlin be asked to recall him.
