Ewes: There is a moderate demand; prices are firm. Lambs: The market is inclined to become weaker, as supplies are more than sufficient to meet the demand. Trade generally is slow. Current quotations: Wethers, light to 6d, heavy 4|d to s|d; ewes, 3gd to 4gd; lambs, twos to 7§d; eights, 7id to 7id; fours, 7£d to 7^d; seconds, 6|d to 6|d.” KING- SOLOMON RETURN (Per Press Association.)
