Sir,—l was surprised on finding one player apparently acting in direct opposition to one of the centre’s rules, “that all competitors should appear in howling attire, and club colors must bo worn.” Instead of which we find him wearing evidently a much “cherished” shirt, no collar or. tie. no socks and “dark bay” pants. Let 11s hopo he will take this to heart, and next tune be successful, even with his club’s colors ot).-—Yours, etc., IMMACULATE.
