GERMAN APOLOGY TO JAPAN
TOTCIO, Oct. 22. Baron von Neurntli has apologised to the Japanese Embassy in Berlin for an attack by Nazi youths of a Japanese schoolgirl, and has given the assurance that the Japanese are not considered colored people in Germany. He has promised to rectify their supposed inclusion in the legislation prohibiting Germans from marrying Jews or colored people.
