MOTOR IST PUNISHED (Per Proas Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Rasil Olauiifc Clarkson, 28, a radio sales manager who struck a danger sign on the Hutt road Inst evening, was today fined £ls for being in a state of intoxication while in charge of a car, and his driving license was cancelled for twelve months.
