ANTI-SOVIET PLOT
VAST ORGANISATION sr.oo ARRESTS MADE LONDON, Dec. 4. The Daily Express Berlin correspondent reports that Ogpu agents have made 8500 arrests, including 1000 Government officials and soldiers, in connection with a vast plot to blow up Stalin House, Moscow, and other Government buildings. The authorities assert that a terrorist group lias blown up four ammunition stores in recent months in various parts of Russia. A Government broadcast from Moscow on Sunday night said: "The movement lias lost its right eye."
