INVETtCARGILI. EXHIBITION Four Now Zealand loading golfers, I\l Olivor Kay (DunedinE B. V. Wright (Dunedin"). K. Ross (Dunedin), and D. ,T. Smith, .inn., now professional to the Invercargill club, took part in an exhibition golf match on the Otarara course last week, n largo gallery witnessing some lirst-class golf. Miss Kay was partnered hy Smith, and, playing from tli«• men’s tees, was in receint of five strokes from "Wright ami Ross. ’l’lie match was keenly contested, and was won by Miss Kay and Smith, one up. Smith played magnificently over the last nine holes, getting seven fonts and two threes. The approximate scores were: Smith To, Miss Kay 76, Wright 77. Ross 7N
