TRADE WITH RUSSIA
TREATY NECOTIATIONS (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY. Nov. 27. Colonel J. Colville, Secretary of Overseas Trade, said Mr. Walter R.unciman would make an announcement on the subject of Anglo-Russian trade as soon as the negotiations now taking place were completed, but lie could not say when that would be. Progress was being made, and every effort would be used to bring discussions to completion as early as possible.
