MOTORIST FINED
INTOXICATION CHARGE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Silas Hicks Palmer, 28, was fined £2O and costs, in default one month in gaol, on a charge of intoxication while in charge of a motor car, and was debarred from obtaining a driver’s license for 12 months. He was also fined 10s for haying no license. The accused’s car hit another car on the Hutt road, and took a wheel off it.
