. : ’ • t CLOTHING POOR CHILDREN SUNDERLAND, Oct. 18. Sir John Priest man, the Sunderland shipbuilder and philanthropist, has set aside £IOO,OOO as a charity trust to operate from next month. It is expected that the interest on the sum will he sufficient to clothe 1800 local poor children every year. The trust is to be administered bv an equal number of churchmen amt non-conformists.
