Beside tho usual stalls and attractions at the Waerenga-n-hika garden fete, there will be tennis and competitive classes for flowers. This is a new departure and one which it is anticipated will please many garden lovers, as well as produce a very attractive display. The parishioners of the Ormond parish have been very busy preparing for their annual sale of work, which is to be held in tho grounds of the Catholic Presbytery at Ormond on Thursday, November 30. There will be the usual stalls. The gold watch estimating competition will conclude that day.
