JAVANESE MUTINEERS
Sir. Q. Wellman, Australia, and Mr. R. H. Webb, New Zealand, arc prominent participants on the committee which has been formed in London, representing the Seamen’s Unions of 11 countries, for the defence of the 19 Javanese sailors who were sentenced to a total of 194 years' imprisonment in connection with the mutiny of the Dutch warship Zevcn Provincien in February.
