DEFICIT OF £59,000,000 ROME, Nov. 24. The Budget for 1932-33 shows a deficit of 3,549,000,000 lire, equivalent to £59,000,000, the expenditure amounting to £352,000,000. Tho Finance Minister, in May, estimated that the deficit for 1933-34 would lie Eo 1,000,000.
