"VTOTICE is hereby given that the Copk County Council, at its meeting held on WEDNESDAY, November 15, 1933, ip the Council Chambers, passed the following Resolution and further resolved that such resolution should come into force on December 1. 1933. RESOLUTION. “The Cook County Council hereby resolved, under , the powers vested in it by Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, Section 8, dated February 10, 1932, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, that that Class of Heavy Traffic represented by the use of a. trailer behind a heavy motor lorry shall be prohibited on the Gis-borne-Wairoa via Morere Main Highway, from Bartlett’s Camp to the County Boundary, and the GisborneWairoa via Hangaroa Main Highway from the foot of Gentle Annie HiU (Gisborne side) to the County Boundary.
