GERMAN SHOT
AUSTRIANS BLAMED (Received November 25, 3.30 p.m.) BERLIN, Nov. 24. Tho Government is making energetic representations to Vienna against tho alleged shooting iof a German soldier, who was practising skiing, by the Austrian frontier guards, pointing out that he belonged to a group of unarmed people on German soil.
