HAIRY farmers on the Coast arc cv perioncing a splendid season. The herds are in great order, and butterfat supplies to the factories arc particularly large for this time of 1 lie year. The season, apparently, has not been as backward as at Gisborne, and a good growth of feed has kept the herds producing at a high level throughout.
