(For Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The retirement is announced of Captain J. It. Middleton, D. 5.0., R.N., retired, from the directorship of the Naval Reserves in New Zealand. Captain E. G. Morris, R.N., retired, replaces him, and has already taken over tho duties.
