DUNEDIN LOAN
OVERSEAS CONVERSION 4) PER CENT OFFERED LONDON, Nov. 22. Holders of the City of Dunedin’s 4 and 41 per cent stock, maturing on January 1, IDG4, have been offered the right to convert with a new 4} per cent loan for 15 to 20 years at par. It is announced categorically that the new bonds arc payable in London in sterling. It is stated that the borrowers could reborrow locally on better terms, but arc deterred by the exchange loss.
