N.S.W. CIVIL SERVANTS
RELIEF FROM HARDSHIP (Received Nov. 24, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 24. The Premier, Mr B. 8. Stevens, introduced a bill in the Assembly to remove hardships on lower paid public servants, following the recent diop in the basic wage. A total amount of £170,000 is involved, and approximately 23,000 employees are affected.
