SILVER RESTORATION
U.S. ACTION PROBABLE (Received November 23, noon.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 22. Senator K. Pittman sent a message to Sir George Schuster, at New Delhi, India, to-day, stating that Mr. Roosevelt was considering action, even before tho United States Congress meets, upon the silver rehabilitation agreement reached at tho London Economic Conference.
