ANNUAL MEETING HELD (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. At the annual meeting of the Domnion Council of the Boy Scouts’ Association, Mr. J. R. Kirk was reelected chairman for tho seventh term. He made a strong appeal for more Scoutmasters as many more troops could be formed. Hundreds of lads were awaiting an opportunity of donning the Scout uniform. After a long discussion, the meeting decided to confirm the principle of controlled troops.
