NEW BRAKING SVSTKM LONDON, Oct. 22. In the presence of Sir Percy Mnckinnon, chairman of Lloyds, tUo new Pander mail aeroplane was demonstrated, says the Amsterdam correspondent of the Times. Tile machine possesses a new style of tail, which facilities landing, and can be polled up while in flight, with special air brakes. Its cruising speed is 200 miles, and its maximum speed 220 1 miles an hour. It will convey mails from Holland to Java in four days, commencing in November, .
