The annual sale of work of tho To Hapara Methodist Ladies' Guild was held at To Hapara Methodist Church on Thursday afternoon. The sale was opened by Rev. H. Daniel. The well stocked stalls were prettily decorated, tho stallholders being: Work stall, Mrs. Long, Miss Brokenshire and Mrs. Glasford; tea rooms, Mrs. Faulkner, Misses Law, O. Vette, and Robb; confectionery and calm stall, Mrs. Gilchrist, Mrs. J. Russell, and Miss F. Anld; fancy .stall, To Hapara Girls Bible Class ; produce stall, Mrs. Jensen, Mrs. Rutherford, and Mrs. Clare. During the evening a number of interesting competitions caused much amusement.
