CRISIS IN MALTA
MILITARY STANDING BY LONDON. Nor. 1. The Daily Herald reports anxiety in official circles regarding Malta, in consequence of a telegram statins that the police and military are standing by. As the Governor simultaneously held an Executive Council it is believed that a political crisis is arising.
