ARREST A MISTAKE
JOURNALIST’S ASSERTION (Received Nov. 2, noon) LONDON, Nov. 1. Dr. Panter was permitted to see his brother, Mr. Noel Panter, the arrested British journalist, in Munich. He said afterwards that Noel was as cheerful as can be expected of a man confined to a cell 13ft. by 7ft. His brother said: “When they have gone through my papers, they will be obliged to admit that my arrest was a mistake.” Dr. Panter i's confident that' his brother will be released next week, and will not be tried.
