With a view to obtaining information regarding the suitability of Kuwliiu as a naval seaplane landingplace, Squadron-Loader L. JM. Isitt, comm a n lor of the Hobsojivilie lias.,, made ti visit on Tuesday in a Mpt h aeroplane, landing in Mr. W. W. Davies ’ paddock, it is understood that a suit able place for emergency moorings is being sought for the sheltering of seaplanes when unfavorable weaDier prevents a landing at other West Const ports. Should Kawhia Harbor be selected it is believed moorings and a hangar wilt be provided.
