ABSENCE OF IMPRINT (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The minimum penalty of £5 was imposed on the New Zealand Worker Printing and Publishing Company by Mr. E- .Page, S.M., for omitting to print its name and registered office on a pamphlet. A similar charge against L. T. Watkins, Limited, is to be the subject ot a reserved decision. It was explained for the Worker (hat the company printed 500 pamphlets for the Seamen’s Union. The foreman did not think an imprint was necessary, because he understood that the pamphlets were for distribution only to members of the union. The other case is in reference to pamphlets printed for the Associated Banks.
