— INDIAN TEA INDUSTRY (Received Ropt. 29, 2 p.m.) CALCUTTA, Sept. 28. The success of the remit tea restriction scheme has 'Caused a substantial rise in shares, both in London and India, resembling n miniature 'boom. Indian tea lias been in the dumps for a number of years, and the recovery affords much relief.
