Coates, informed your correspondent that he expects to present the Budget to the House a month from the present date. An amendment to the Trustees Act, of which he gave notice yesterday, is a machinery measure designed to remedy a slight anomaly which has been created iii respect to trustees’ securities as a result of emergency legislation dealing yfyh' the difficulties of the economic situation. !
