WOOL MARKET FIRM
BRISBANE SALES (Received Sept. 14, noon.) BRISBANE, Sept. 14. At the wool sales yesterday the market was firm. The highest price was 22jil for a lot of wether fleece. The Japanese dominated the sale. Heavy losses of sheep in the western districts owing to the drought are expected to reduce the Queensland clip considerably.
