An object ion was lodged by the Wailti (told Mining Company on the ground that the objector had made arrangements with the (lovermneiit for it geophysical survey of the area applied for, with a view to acquiring the same .as a special quartz claim. The objecting company alleged that the fact that such a geophysical survey wtis about to take place laid been published before the application was lodged, and also that in the interest of the mining industry and the district the application should not be granted. The ease was adjourned.
