GRAVE SITUATION
CUBAN POLITICAL UNREST SANTIAGO (Cuba), Sept. 10. A grave situation existed here on Sunday night as a result of the continued refusal of supporters of the former President to ' accept; the new Government. Army officers refuse to return to their posts of duty, and commerce Ja at a standstill.
