Joseph Lalmod, 24, married, an art union ticket seller, appeared in the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court to answer a charge of failing to account "to Andrew Swan for the 1 sum of £26 Bs. representing the proceeds from art union tickets sold by the accused, who pleadeo guiltv and elected to he dealt with summarily. Accused was convicted _ and ordered to come up for sentence within 18 months, and to repay the sum.
