PRENN NOT ELIGIBLE (Received August 29, 1 p.m.) LONDON, August 28. Tho Times’ Warsaw correspondent says that Prenn’s request to represent Poland at tennis on the grounds that he was of Polish birth was refused by the Polish Association because hitherto he had refused! to play for Poland. He also abandoned his nationality to become a German in 1932.
