The Daily Telegraph says Australia and New Zealand have not yet reconciled their viewpoints on the-question of restricting exports of butter to the United Kingdom. Apparently both are opposed to the principle of a restriction on Empire butter, but there are other phases or .side issues upon which agreement Ims not been reached.
