“SOMEBODY HAS TO BE BLAMED” (Por Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. “During my period the responsibility for the difficult times has been with us. Somebody has to he blamed for them, and that person has been me,” said the Prime Minister at the Waikari sports yesterday. “If it is only the blame, then it does not matter for we shall seo things through,” added the lit. Hon. G. W. Forbes. “We have problems, but they can be overcome. They are merely a test of us and find out what stamina we have.”
