A HINT TO GERMANY RACIAL DISCRIMINATION (Received April 18, noon.) BALTIMORE, April 17, In a letter to Mr. K. A. Miller, managing editor of the Baltimore Jewish Times, Mr. Avery Brundage, president of the American Olympic Committee, today expressed his personal, but unofficial, opinion that the Olympia Games should not be held in any country where there would bo interference with the fundamental Olympic policy of equality of all races
