In addition to sympathy towards the Jews in their oppression in Germany being expressed at the recent meeting of the Wellington Presbytery, attention was called to the oppression in Poland; and a resolution was passed for transmission to the Hebrew congregation in Wellington expressing the Presbytery’s deepest sympathy with the oppressed in both countries, and its abhorrence of such policies wherever they existed.
