EXPORTS PROM BRITAIN LONDON, April 13, In the House of Commons, Major J. Colville, in reply to a question, said that the war material exported to China in February and March included armament fittings, equipment for two aircraft, and 12,000,000 rifle cartridges. The exports to Japan included one aircraft gun and mountings for 300 machine guns,
